This program is recommended for children ages 4-8.

Native American stories are playful, funny, and wise. Dovie Thomason shares her culture with understanding, sly humor, and astonishing vocal transformations to become characters who weave magic with every word. Her captivating collection of stories explore some age-old questions (Why do bears hibernate? Why don’t rabbits have tails?) that reveal timeless truths about the Earth and her animal children—and all of us, too!
